Tiramisu is sooo good, specially when it's made with freshly roasted coffee beans. Recipe used was slightly modified version of 'Cooking for Engineers - Simple Tiramisu', we used more coffee and rum than suggested.

Crème brûlée

We used our new cooking torch (wedding present!) to make Crème brûlée. It was a lot of fun to use the torch and watch the brown sugar cook and form a thin solid film under the flame.
